Trying to present a balanced view of mobile home dealers is difficult. Some are very good, some are very bad. The same can be said of customers. When I hear complaints it is often hard to find either answers or resolution.

I think the most important advice I can suggest is to always remember your mobile home purchase from a deal is a CONTRACT. That means your complete understanding MUST be in writing. If it isn’t written down, it doesn’t exist.

The second fact to remember is there is a window of time when contract disputes can be resolved. If that window passes there may be no way to recover a loss or solve a problem. So if you have issues don’t let them slide. Deal with them promptly.
