Frozen Pipes in Manufactured Homes

If it is cold enough to freeze pipes you can be certain that unthawing them will be a miserable job. There is nothing like laying on the frozen ground with water from thawing ice dripping on you while you try to get things working again.

The best tool I know of for this situation is a hair dryer. Cheap enough so it doesn’t matter if you burn it out or make it to filthy for indoor use, but powerful enough to do the job, and low powered to where you don’t have to worry about burning down your house.
