Setup

If you are having a home set up and not doing the work yourself the most important action you can take is to make SURE you know exactly who  did what.  For each crew that worked on your house you need to know the company name, a phone number and a contact person.  If you do not have this when you start trying to get a problem fixed your odds of successfully getting work done are slim to nill.
